Our Declaration of Commitment to our Consumer is to:
- Always treat the Consumer and all other agencies and/or representatives with respect at all times.
- Always consider the needs and desires of the Consumer in his/her rehabilitation or recovery goals.
- Work to provide and co-ordinate relevant services that assist the Consumer in meeting his/her documented goals.
- Provide 24/7/365 Crisis Response.
- Meet our Consumers in the community where needed.
- Continually train and educate all staff, assisting them in providing the highest quality of service to our Consumers.
- Maintain consistent hours of operations, to facilitate communications with Consumer family members, Consumer Advocates, Community resources, and other Government agencies.
